NITROX COURSE
Nitrox is a combination of nitrogen and oxygen. Usually nitrox breathing mixtures with an oxygen content higher than in normal air are used. Sometimes we refer to nitrox mixtures as "enriched air".
Successful graduates of the course can use a nitrox mixture with an oxygen content of up to 40%.
WHY NITROX?
– extends zero times
– reduces required decompression times, surface intervals for repeated dives
– less fatigue after a dive
– reduces the amount of residual nitrogen in the body after surfacing
– reduces waiting times for departure
REQUIREMENTS
– minimum age 16 years
– training level P**
– minimum 25 dives - 10 dives to a depth of 30 m or more
– medical examination + EEG examination
